By correcting the site’s grading, installing a proper drainage system, and reimagining the layout with Techo Bloc pavers, a custom seating wall, and a circular fire pit gathering area, the space now offers a seamless balance of comfort, durability, and curb appeal. A new cedar privacy fence with black steel posts and integrated landscape lighting completes the retreat, creating a backyard built to be enjoyed for years to come.
