Outdoor spaces we've designed and built
From compact city courtyards to full backyard transformations and rooftop lounges — each project below was designed in 3D, then built by our own crews across Naperville, Chicago, and the western suburbs.
01
Brookfield Retreat
Brookfield, IL
A neglected backyard with severe drainage issues was transformed into a functional outdoor living space designed for entertaining and everyday enjoyment. By correcting the site’s grading, installing a proper drainage system, and reimagining the layout with Techo-Bloc pavers, a custom seating wall, and a circular fire pit gathering area, the space now offers a seamless balance of comfort, durability, and curb appeal. A new cedar privacy fence with black steel posts and integrated landscape lighting completes the retreat.
02
Courtyard Concrete Retreat
Glenview, IL
A dated stamped concrete patio was transformed into a clean and functional outdoor living space designed for everyday relaxation and entertaining. The new layout creates distinct dining and lounge areas while maintaining an open flow from the home to the backyard. Decorative accent bands, elevated concrete platforms, and refreshed landscape beds help define the space and provide a modern, low maintenance backyard retreat for family gatherings.
03
City Courtyard Escape
Chicago, IL
A compact city backyard was transformed into a sophisticated outdoor living space featuring a custom outdoor kitchen, modern paver patio, privacy screening, landscape lighting, and curated plantings.
